Former AC Milan ace Alberto Gilardino has urged Patrick Cutrone to pursue a fresh challenge away from the Rossoneri in order to become a better player. The Italian recently completed his second full season with the San Siro outfit,where he struggled for gametime with just 12 league starts while finding the net on only three occasions.

Speaking to Gazzetta dello Sport, Gilardino could be better suited to part ways with the Rossoneri this summer in order to be assured with regular first-team football. He added to state the youngster’s versatility on the attack and suggested that he would personally him, should he be in the boots of the opposition manager.
