Even though it continues to look highly unlikely that a deal would be happening anytime soon, Italian Serie A giants AC Milan have remained adamant that they still want to sign Manchester United star Diogo Dalot. The Portugal international right-back has continued to impress so far this season under current boss Ralf Ragnick and as his stock has continued to rise since the German manager took over at the club as he’s preferred the Portuguese star over Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
Even if it has ever looked like a deal was possible to happen, the chances of Dalot leaving United are now extremely low. However, according to reports from sources in Italy, Milan are expected to still try and convince United to let go of the player. It is believed that the Italian giants could place a bid for Dalot in the summer, especially with the Red Devils expecting to hire a new manager in the same summer window. There could still be a possibility by then, as the incoming manager may either prefer Wan-Bissaka or decide to by another full-back either in the summer or during the winter transfer window.
