MILAN BOOSTED BY MIDFIELDER RETURN

AC Milan have been boosted with the return of Algerian midfielder Ismael Bennacer ahead of the Italian Serie A clash with newly promoted club Salernitana.

Milan boss Stefano Pioli gave an update on Bennacer in his latest press conference. According to him, the midfielder has recovered and he should be in the squad to face Salernitana. Bennacer miss the league outing with Genoa on Wednesday as he was struggling with labyrinthitis. Labyrinthitis is not a popular illness and it’s an inner ear problem that disturbs the balance of the individual affected. Labyrinthitis can lead to vertigo ordizziness thereby resulting in the individual feeling off balance and unsteady.

Apart from Algerian national team star Bennacer, Pioli also spoke about Frenchman Olivier Giroud, Ante Rebic, SamuCastillejo and Davide Calabria during his press conference. On Castillejo, the Milan boss said he’s getting better and the expectation is thathe will re-join training in the coming days. The AC Milan manager went on to say that the Rebic. Calabria and Giroud are responding to treatment, but Castillejo will be the first to return to action ahead of the three players.

AC Milan manager Pioli also spoke Brazilian player Junior Messias and his form in front of goal as he was asked if he could thrive in the strike role in the event that the need arises. Pioli was asked about Messias after hewas lethal in front of goal during the Genoa game.
