AC Milan boss Gennaro Gattuso left frustrated after 1-1 draw against Parma

AC Milan manager Gennaro Gattuso has said that he may not be good enough to help players overcome minor mistakes in their game. The Rossoneri squandered the opportunity to cement the fourth position with a 1-1 draw against Parma on the road and speaking after the game, Gattuso lamented on the carelessness which cost them valuable points.

He said: “Maybe I’m not good enough to make people understand these little things. We expected to do something more, we knew the difficulties of the opponent. On the offside we were unlucky, it wasn’t very clear, we have to look ahead. In the first half we played under rhythm, it wasn’t a great performance, we were good and lucky to find the advantage, then they found a great goal on a free kick after our ingenuity.”

Milan started the season poorly but the arrival of new players has allowed Gattuso to create the right balance. They are playing with greater continuity. Milan needs strong ownership, a good environment in the locker room and great players. Rino [Gattuso] has won a lot with Milan, he knows the importance of the shirt so he can change the team’s mentality.”

Gennaro Gattuso Claims Milan Were Never in Crisis after Chievo Win

AC Milan manager Gennaro Gattuso claims that his side was definitely not in a crisis after claiming a 3-1 victory over Chievo during the weekend. The seven time European champions came on the back of a win over Olympiakos in the recent Europa League match. Even though Milan came up with three goals in the match,Gattuso has claimed that his players should try and pick out Higuain more often in the game as the on-loan forward has the ability to get his team out of trouble.
