MILAN DUO KEEN ON €25M-RATED DEFENDER

The Milan duo of AC Milan and Inter Milan are reportedly interested in Galatasaray defender Victor Nelsson who’s rated €25m. The interest of the two Milan clubs was revealed in today’s edition of Turkish newspaper Sporx. It was disclosed that Inter Milan and AC Milan are on the trail of the defender and that the former wants to make a bid for the player.

Turkish giants are open to the sale of Nelssonas revealed by the abovementioned publication as long as interested teams such as AC Milan and Italian champions Inter Milan meet their  financial demands for the player as revealed earlier.

MILAN BOOSTED BY MIDFIELDER RETURN

AC Milan have been boosted with the return of Algerian midfielder Ismael Bennacer ahead of the Italian Serie A clash with newly promoted club Salernitana.

Milan boss Stefano Pioli gave an update on Bennacer in his latest press conference. According to him, the midfielder has recovered and he should be in the squad to face Salernitana. Bennacer miss the league outing with Genoa on Wednesday as he was struggling with labyrinthitis. Labyrinthitis is not a popular illness and it’s an inner ear problem that disturbs the balance of the individual affected. Labyrinthitis can lead to vertigo ordizziness thereby resulting in the individual feeling off balance and unsteady.

MILAN EYEING THREE CONTRACT RENEWALS

Italian giants AC Milan have their sights set on three contract renewals before the end of this year according to the report from the stables of Italian media outlet Gazzettadello Sport (GdS). It was disclosed that AC Milan want to avoid a similar situation as the likes of GianlugiDonnaruma and HakanCalhanoglu who both ran down their contracts with the Rossoneri to join French giants Paris Saint Germain (PSG) and city rivals Inter Milan respectively.

AC Milan are the new leaders in the Italian Serie A after their slim win over Torino at the San Siro on Tuesday night. The Rossonerineeded at least a draw to move above Napoli at the summit and they got more than the draw thanks to the 1-0 victory at home to the team from Turin.

Milan have shown that they mean business at the start of this Italian Serie A season after they were beaten to the league title by Antonio Conte and Inter Milan last season. CASSANO BLASTS KESSIE ON POOR FORM

Ex-AC Milan, Sampdoria and AS Roma attacker Antonio Cassano didn’t spare Franck Kessie for his poor start to the new season. Cassano spoke about the AC Milan midfielder and his contract renewal situation on Bobo Vieri’s Twitch channel BoboTV. According to him,the Ivorian international needs to step up his game in a bid to get back to his levelbefore the contract renewal saga started.

DALOT REPORTEDLY WANTS TO SIGN FOR AC MILAN

Manchester United defender Diogo Dalot has reportedly revealed his heart desires of wanting to return to AC Milan this summer, according to reports. The Portugal international right-back played for the Italian Serie A giants on loan last season where he impressed but was asked to return to Old Trafford by United manager Olé Gunnar Solksjær, with the Norwegian boss insisting that he needs the former Benfica star at the club. Dalot’s future at Old Trafford remains under question but the player is said to be keen on a move away from the Red Devils in search of regular game time.

The presence of Aaron Wan-Bissaka at United is a huge factor that is driving Dalot’s decision as the England international star seems like the undisputed starting player at the right-back role. MILAN WILL NOT GIVE UP ON UNITED DEFENDER

Italian Serie A giants AC Milan have decided that they are willing to go all out and exhaust all their existing attempts to try and sign Manchester United defender Diogo Dalot. The exciting right-back spent the whole of last season on loan at the San Siro where he impressed with his excellent displays for the Italian giants and they have indicated that they want to continue the partnership with him again. Sometime last season, United manager Olé Gunnar Solksjær insisted that the Portuguese defender would be returning to Old Trafford after his loan spell with the Rossoneri and that he has a place in the team, but Milan seem to have something else in mind.

According to several reports, Milan have approached the Red Devils on more than one occasion and have asked if they could take the defender for another season on loan (if they can not sign him on a permanent deal). However, United have been turning down those offers and continue to insist that Dalot is not going anywhere and will remain at the Theater of Dreams starting from next season.

UNITED REJECT AC MILAN’S OPENING BID FOR DALOT

English Premier League giants Manchester United have continued to prove that they are highly interested in the idea of keeping Portuguese defender Diogo Dalot after swiftly rejecting an opening offer from Italian Serie A giants AC Milan. The Red Devils have expressed their intention to keep the defender through manager Olé Gunnar Solksjær after the Norwegian boss reiterated that the club are not willing to part ways with Dalot.

After spending the entirety of the past season with Milan, Dalot returned to Old Trafford and has since been linked with another transfer to the Rossoneri sometime in the future. During his loan spell in Italy, the 22-year-old full-back was already attracting serious interest from the Milan club and they started negotiations with United about securing a permanent transfer for the player.

MILAN QUALIFY FOR CHAMPIONS LEAGUE AFTER 8 YEARS

Italian Serie A giants AC Milan have ended their wait for UEFA Champions League qualification after tight long years following their top-four finish at the end of the just-concluded season. The Rossoneri had failed to qualify for the top European competition since the last time they did so back in 2013 but they have confirmed that they will be competing among the best clubs in Europe next season and they will also try to have a shot at winning the title as well.

Milan started the season quite on the front foot and were looking like the team to seal the Serie A title following their impressive results at the very beginning of the 2020-21 season. However, they dropped form during the mid-season and started dropping precious points as well, handing their bitter City rivals, Inter Milan the upper hand to go ahead of them in the league table.
